What we collect

• Waitlist: your email address, the club you'd join, your preferred night and whether you use an iPhone or Android.
• Members: your email, display name, crew, which crew meetings you joined, your film and crew meeting ratings and any feedback you give.
• Optional: a profile photo, if you add one. It's shrunk on your phone and its location and other hidden details are removed before it's uploaded.
• Optional: your answers to a short “How's Spoiler Room going?” survey, if you choose to answer it.
• Reports and blocks you make, so we can keep crews safe.

Who sees your profile photo

Only you, the people in your current crew and the Spoiler Room team can see your photo. It's never public and never shown on this website. If you leave a crew, its members can no longer see it.

Where it's stored

Your data is stored in the EU, in Ireland.

What we don't do

We don't record crew meetings, show ads, track you across other apps or websites, or sell your data. We don't collect health or wellbeing data.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account in the app at any time. This removes your personal data, including your profile photo, and keeps only anonymised attendance counts.

Safety reports are kept after an account is deleted, so we can keep crews safe, but without the names of the people involved.
